I'm Victoria, and for the past 17 years, I have worked in front-line Policing. The demands of the job, combined with the pressures of everyday life, eventually led me to take a much-needed career break. Like so many others, I’ve experienced the impact of stress first-hand, and I’ve spent years exploring ways to manage it in a healthy and sustainable way.
In 2022, I trained as a Yoga Teacher. Yoga has always been a powerful tool for me—a way to calm both the body and mind. It helped me reconnect with myself, and now I’m passionate about sharing that experience with others.
At Breeze and Bloom Wellness, our Yoga classes are designed to support your individual needs. Some sessions focus on building strength, always finishing with deeply relaxing stretches. Others are slower-paced, designed to soothe the nervous system and help you reset.

At Breeze and Bloom Wellness, our Yoga classes in Kent are thoughtfully designed for beginners—ideal if you’re new to Yoga or returning after a break. We also offer variations for those with more experience or who are looking for a deeper challenge.
We understand that building strength is vital, especially as we age, which is why our classes are structured into three parts, all tailored to your pace.
Part 1: Strength Building
We utilize bodyweight exercises and yoga poses to enhance overall strength and stability.
Part 2: Flexibility Training
Our focused stretching sessions aim to boost mobility, release tension, and improve flexibility throughout the body.
Part 3: Relaxation
We conclude the class with calming techniques that leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.
